Probably the last Beta before Release Candidate of the first ACE (v1.5) Stable release for Operation Arrowhead.
ACE (Core) v1.3.0 for ArmA2 is available again, as ACE_A2 on the Six Updater;
small gift for those still stuck on A2 ;-) (Please don't mistake though; there will be no updates for it)
