Since we switched to only providing hotfixes (ACE Future plans and ARMA 3), we have released several hotfixes, but did not provide proper changelogs, nor updated the build number.

One of the reasons was to keep the numbers the same and the signatures the same, for better MP compatibility.

However, this made things rather confusing, and you had to retrieve the hotfixes over Six Updater's slow "Verify and Repair".

So as of now, the build numbers will be increased again, even for hotfixes, so there will be changelogs generated and SU can make you aware again when there is an update, as well as no more need to use Verify and Repair just to receive hotfixes - can simply use the faster Install/Update ;-)

Signatures will remain at the last released non-hotfix version, so that signatures remain compatible.

These are also directly available from within Six Updater.

Server Owners

Please update your servers ASAP, so that the new VERSIONING LEVEL (2) setting takes effect, and thus players with equal Major.Minor version, but different BUILD number will still be able to join.
