I don't see what was all the big fuzz about... It's a tank with gizmos.. will they ever work... that is the question.. :D

M1A1HA is early variant with 1st generation depleted Uranium Armor, it was fielded in 1987. M1A1HC was fielded in 1990's, got 2nd generation depleted Uranium Armor, digital engine control, other minor upgrades like removabale ammo racks from ammo magazines.

M1A1HC means Heavy Common, it is common tank between Army and Marines, of course there are some differences like smoke granade launchers and some other equipment (Marines tanks use more frequently DWFK for example).

Army fielded also upgraded M1A1HA's with M1A1HC armor inserts, these tanks unoficially were designated M1A1HA+.

Hey did we see M1A1SA/AIM v.2 with FBCB2/BFT system, 3rd generation DU armor and other upgrades? Marines use similiar version designated M1A1FEP. Oh and what with new M1A2SEP variant? Also with TUSK? Did You plan TUSK 2?

Ps. Can I suggest something? Smoke granades lanchers on Army variant are in bad position, they should be faced more to the front, not so flat and to the sides like it is right now. Also gun barrel should be clear, I mean this mark/marks on the barrel between bore evacuator and muzzle. :-)
